The Events Committee is a newly formed sub-committee here at the club and takes over from the Parents Forum. The mains responsibilities of the Committee are as follows:
a) Liaising with the parents of each individual team for all off pitch activities and club events.
b) Attending Events Committee Meetings.
c) Participate in the organising and running of club events.
d) Propose ideas for events and fund raising activities.
Of course the work required extends beyond the committee itself. We still need support and ideas from all of our parents. When an event is organised there will be a communication sent requesting volunteers to help on the day of the event.
This is a key forum to ensure that you are involved in club activities and that your opinions are heard. So please liase directly with one of the members of the Events Committee or via your team manager.
